When someone gets a day off or holidays, typically would try to take some rest or plan a vacation with family, but the teachers Dream India work with are unique.
Here are our teachers Ms. Jayapriya Adimurugan madam and Ms. Thilagam Sugumar Madam from GHS Kaatumalaynur and GHS Aranji, rural schools from Thiruvanamalai, district TN traveling 600kms to Tirupur and then Erode to ensure 178 plus 215 children get the best possible new dress as part of “Dream India’s Diwali For All”.
Many of you came forward and shared your hard earned money to make this Diwali special for the children. Here you see the teachers going out of the way to ensure the children get the best.
Each rupee you donated goes to the children as we operate with zero admin cost.
Madam informed me today that out of the 800 INR marked for new dress, she has managed to save 80 bucks and requested if we can give some small gift for the children.
Such is the nature of people we work with. Dream India makes such stuff possible.
